I'm Lina, a “freshly cooked” graphic design enthusiast with a twisty-turny career journey that’s too good not to share!

For almost 14 years, I dived deeply in the world of recruitment and HR, and guess what? I wasn’t just a random player in the game at a random company, I helped build the whole playground!

 

During those years, I contributed many clients to their growth and spent endless hours creating the best working environment for our employees to work. It was a wild ride, it was thrilling and it was filled with challenges and triumphs, but boy it was exhausting too...

So, last year, I hit a pause on that roller coaster. No, I won't call it burnout – let's keep it positive, right? Instead, I decided it was time to flip the script and dive headfirst into my long-lost love: Graphic Design. It wasn't a lightbulb moment, it was more like a neon sign screaming, "Follow your passion!"

Back in the good old days - pencils, drawings and the infinite possibilities of a canvas were my childhood companions (as my mother used to say: “That was the only way to make me stay still”), but life's roads led me to Business and the world of HR. No regrets though. Working in HR gifted me with a superpower – the ability to understand people, a skill that comes in handy when connecting with clients and deciphering their needs.

Now, fast forward to today – I'm knee-deep in design studies, bringing my visions to life one pixel at a time. It's not just a career change, it's a soulful reunion with my artistic self. From bussiness meetings, 1-to-1's, KPI's, strategies, etc. I emerged myself to color palettes, brushes, shapes and keyframes. The learning possibilities are limitless here, but with every completed project I feel more and more confident with my choice.

And here's the fun part – my life isn't just about designs, learning and deadlines. When I'm not crafting visuals, you'll find me exploring the world. Traveling is my second love, and I soak up inspiration from every corner of the globe. Whether it's walking long distances, hiking in the mountains, savoring good food, or simply indulging in a glass of fine wine, I believe in embracing life's pleasures.

Family holds a special place in my heart. Spending quality time with my loved ones is as crucial as picking the perfect color palette. It's about balance – the delicate interplay between work, art and the simple joys of life.
